We've shipped Komos to Brandon, NutriMills to Steinbach, and we've talked plenty of people out of their first-instinct purchase too. Here's everything we carry, and how to choose.
There's no single "best mill" — only the right mill for what you bake and how often. Four questions tell us where to point you.
Once a week? A Komo Classic or Mio is plenty. Three times a week? Step up to the Fidibus XL or NutriMill Harvest.
Hand mills are quiet, off-grid, and a workout. Electric mills are fast. Most kitchens want electric; a few want both.
Stone mills give classic, cool, traditional flour. Impact mills (NutriMill) are faster and finer but warmer. Both have their place.
The Komo Mio is compact and pretty. The Country Living mounts to a counter. We'll help you figure out what fits.
Specs we actually care about — throughput, noise, footprint, what you can mill in them. The marketing-page specs are on the manufacturer sites if you want those too.

Mills are expensive enough that you shouldn't buy one sight-unseen. Come in any open day and we'll set up whichever model you're considering, let you feed grain through it, and send you home with the flour.
No appointment needed for the basics. If you want to compare three or four in a row, just call ahead so we can clear a table.
