The XL Plus is Komo's largest household stone mill — the one we point families to when they bake bread two or three times a week. 600 grams of grain per minute, natural granite-corundum stones, and a beech wood housing quieter than anything else in this class.
The Komo Fidibus XL Plus is the workhorse of the Komo lineup. Where the Classic and Mio suit couples or small families, the XL Plus is built for households that go through 50-pound bags of wheat berries and don't want to stand around waiting for flour.
It uses a pair of naturally bonded granite-corundum millstones — the same composition Komo has refined for thirty years. The stones never need replacing under normal home use, and the texture adjusts from cracked groats to ultra-fine pastry flour with a single rotation of the hopper.
Every Komo we sell is one we have used ourselves. We will run a grind for you in the store before you commit to one.

We came from a noisy NutriMill. The Fidibus is night and day. Jake spent twenty minutes showing us the grind range in store. — Sarah W., Winkler
If you mill more than a kilo at a time, the XL is the one. Faster, cooler-running, doesn't walk on the counter. — Eric D., Morden
